AVAPE - Associação para Valorização das Pessoas com Deficiência – promotes every two years the “AVAPE International Congress on Rehabilitation and Inclusion”. Organized as a Forum along interdisciplinary lines, the gathering is dedicated to professional people from the public and private sectors, non-governmental organizations and foundations that are active in the fields of rehabilitation and inclusion of persons with disabilities, as well as the management of social organizations, diversity, social responsibility and sustainable programs.

The event provides to the participants the opportunity to exchange knowledge, the contrast of professional experiences and the disclosure of the social network model.There are also debate trends, as well as the consolidation of integrated working involving private companies, public agencies and third sector organizations in constructing responsible initiatives that are also sustainable, innovative and that bring about transformation, leading to the creation of egalitarian and supportive opportunities for global society.
